The sauce on this recipe is really good and you probably have all the ingredients for it in your fridge and pantry!  You can stir fry with any protein and vegetable of your choice of course, but I think Beef would not work as well with this sauce.

Give this a try for a different take on stir fry sauce!

Ingredients;

1/2  Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

2  Chicken Breasts, boneless/skinless

1/2  Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1/2 onion, sliced

2 cups broccoli florets

1 cup carrots, julienne

1 cup mushrooms, sliced

3 cloves garlic, minced

Sauce

1 Tbsp peanut butter

2 Tbsp soy sauce

3 tsp Sriracha

3 tsp Fish Sauce

1/2 tsp Sesame oil

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes ( or more to your liking)

1/4 tsp sesame seeds

 

Instructions;

1; Add Oil to a large skillet, and heat over med. high.

2; Add Chicken and cook until fully cooked, about 4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.

3; in same pan add the other 1/2 Tablespoon oil,

4; Add all the veggies up to garlic. Saute about 3 minutes until slightly tender.

5; Add the garlic and saute 1 minute.

6; Stir in sauce ingredients and turn heat to low. Cook for about 1-2 minutes.

7; Slice the chicken breasts and add back to skillet. Toss well to coat. cook until chicken is warmed through. 1-2 minutes.

8; Sprinkle with more sesame seeds and serve promptly.

 

   I like to serve over Jasmine rice with extra Sriracha sauce and Fish sauce, ( I like Fish Sauce)!
