Set aside.<\/p>\n<p>Drizzle some oil into a skillet and heat over med high.Add Kale, season with salt and pepper and cook until slightly wilted. One to two minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Add 1\/4 cup water to Kale. Cook 1 to 2 more minutes allowing water to cook off.<\/p>\n<p>Add Kale and the rest of the ingredients to barley. Drizzle with olive oil and mix.
