I like to eat it spooned into Savoy cabbage leaves kind of like a taco.<\/p>\n<p>This dish comes together fast so have everything measured and on hand before making.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>1 pd ground chicken<\/p>\n<p>4 1\/2 Tbsp. toasted rice (you can find this in an Asian market, (so much better home made though)<\/p>\n<p>3 3\/4 tsp chili pepper flakes<\/p>\n<p>3 1\/2 Tbsp fish sauce<\/p>\n<p>1 1\/2 Tbsp salt<\/p>\n<p>4 large clove chopped shallots<\/p>\n<p>3 cloves chopped garlic<\/p>\n<p>4 large squeezed limes<\/p>\n<p>green onion chopped (couple of hand fulls)<\/p>\n<p>cilantro chopped\u00a0(couple of hand fulls)<\/p>\n<p>mint chopped\u00a0(couple of hand fulls)<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>mix 1\/2 of the lime juice, salt, and meat<\/li>\n<li>Squeeze the juice out of meat as much as possible and set aside reserving the squeezed out juice.<\/li>\n<li>Put the squeezed juice into a large skillet. Get the juice hot and add ground chicken.<\/li>\n<li>Cook the meat until dons and add shallots cook about a minute\u00a0then add the rest of the ingredients.<\/li>\n<li>Stir until combined and heated.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Serve either on lettuce like a salad or<strong> my favorite<\/strong> is to spoon into Savoy cabbage leaves !<\/p>\n<p>Serve with Jasmine rice on the side.
