This version is formed into  patties and lightly pan-fried instead . You will need a food processor  for this recipe.<\/p>\n<p>INGREDIENTS:<\/p>\n<p>2 garlic cloves, roughly chopped<\/p>\n<p>1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans rinsed and drained<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 cup flour<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 cup fresh parsley leaves<\/p>\n<p>2 Tablespoons tahihi (sesame seed paste, found in international isle  at grocery store)<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp. baking powder<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp. cumin<\/p>\n<p>1 1\/2 tsp grated lemon rind (zest)<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 tsp. salt<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 tsp. pepper<\/p>\n<p>2 Tablespoons olive oil<\/p>\n<p>Tzatziki SDauce<\/p>\n<p>Place all ingredients except oil and Tzatziki in a\u00a0 food processor:  Process until garbanzo beans are finely ground, (if needed add a few  drops of water).<\/p>\n<p>Shape mixture into 4 patties.<\/p>\n<p>Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium high heat.
